Click for RegPM Assessment information

Every applicant will be provided with a Record Book of Competency Assessment at the level enrolled.  This is designed to help you achieve your qualification through a systematic and simple process. The Record Book details the performance criteria for RegPM certification and/or AQS Qualification. Please read the record book carefully and complete the required parts of the Record Book.

You will be required to present the completed Record Book in your assessment interview. The Record Book is reviewed by an Assessor, and appropriate questions are asked to determine the level of competency of the student.

For RegPM. On successful completion of this process, a detailed report and the Record Book is submitted to AIPM for verification, once verified, AIPM will issue the RegPM certification at an appropriate level.

For National Qualification. On successful completion of this process, a detailed report and the Record Book is submitted to an RTO for verification, once verified, the RTO will issue the National Recognised qualification at an appropriate level.

Should a student not succeed the certification assessment, the Assessor will advise the student what additional learning or documentation will be required in order to achieve a successful result. Only one additional assessment will be given without fee paying.

Standards.

The standards for Certification used by the AIPM are known as Competency Standards and are endorsed by the industry groups and national bodies in Australia and Internationally.

When your assessment is successful against these standards, your skills and knowledge will be deemed to be equal to Australian national and international best practice, and the certification and/or qualification you gain will reflect this.
