The Certificate IV in Project Management is designed to equip practicing project team members, recently appointed project managers and aspiring project managers with best practice project management skills and knowledge.
The course provides participants with a working knowledge of project management principles and processes and the application of tools, techniques and methods crucial to a successful project.

Course rules/ Assessment Requirements
To successfully achieve the Certificate IV in Project Management BSB41504 , particpants must:
- Have relevant work experience at an appropropriate level.
- Complete a portfolio of work-based evidence against assessment elements in the Assessment Record Book (with mentoring support available).
- Attend an assessment interview to present this project evidence and discuss the application of project management competencies within the workplace, and
- Complete the assessment within six months of the enrolment.
